标记方法【仅做参考】

1)   制备待标记样品溶液:用含2mM EDTA的100mM 硼酸缓冲液(pH 8.0)混合或溶解样品。

2)   在反应管内将500μl样品溶液和500μl ABD-F/100mM硼酸缓冲液混匀。

3)   于50℃将管子加热5min,之后冰浴上冷却。

4)   向反应混合物中加入300μl 100mM HCl溶液,混匀。

5)   将最后的反应混合物进行HPLC分析,以定量检测ABD标记的化合物。Ex/Em=389/513nm。
