德夸菌素 (Decoyinine,CAS:2004-04-8),一种核苷类似物,是一种选择性、可逆的、非竞争性的GMP合成酶抑制剂。德夸菌素可用于研究细胞壁合成的抑制性,抑制RNA合成,以及降低胞内GDP和GTP水平,也能诱导和启动杆菌孢子形成。德夸菌素还是黄嘌呤核苷酸转氨酶(XMP aminase)抑制剂。具有抗肿瘤活性。
