Product description:

Vistech CCS27 Supplement(RA+) is an optimized serum-free supplement used to support the growth and viability of embryonic, post-natal, adult, hippocampal and other central nervous system (CNS) neurons. CCS27 Supplement(RA+) is provided as a 50X liquid and is intended to be used with basic medium for cell culture of nearly pure populations of neuronal cells without the need for an astrocyte feeder layer.

Applications:

CCS27 Supplement(RA+) when used as a supplement to DMEM/F-12 has been demonstrated to support the expansion of EGF-responsive precursor cells from rat embryonic striatum and mesencephalon.

CCS27 Supplement(RA+) when used as a supplement to Neurobasal Medium is effective for the culturing of tumor cell lines of neuronal origin and optimal viability and long-term survival of pre-natal and embryonic neuronal cells..

CCS27 Supplement(RA+) when used as a supplement to Neurobasal-A Medium is effective for optimal viability and long-term survival of post-natal and adult brain neuronal cells.

Product description:

Vistech CCS27 Supplement(RA-) is is a serum-free, customized Cell Culture Supplement without Vitamin A (retinyl acetate). The absence of vitamin A makes this formulation ideal for the cultivation of neural progenitor and stem cells, either as neurospheres in suspension or in adherent monolayer culture, without inducing differentiation. Vistech CCS27 Supplement(RA-) is provided as a 50× liquid.

Applications:

CCS27 Supplement(RA-) when used as a supplement to Neurobasal(pre-natal/embryonic cells), Neurobasal(post-natal/adult) or DMEM/F12 supports the serum-free growth of Central Nervous System (CNS) and Peripheral Nervous System (PNS) embryonic and adult neural stem cells (NSCs) or neural precursor cells. Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) and basic-Fibroblast Growth Factor (bFGF) is necessary to prevent spontaneous differentiation of NSCs in culture.

CCS27补充剂(RA-)作为Neurobasal(产前/胚胎细胞)、Neurobasal(产后/成体)或DMEM/F12的补充，支持中枢神经系统(CNS)和周围神经系统(PNS)胚胎和成体神经干细胞(NSCs)或神经前体细胞的无血清生长。表皮生长因子(EGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)是防止NSCs在培养过程中自发分化所必需的。

VISTECH® Recombinant Mouse LIF Protein (Vistech mLIF)

Background Information:

Mouse Leukemia Inhibitory Factor (mLIF) promotes proliferation and maintains long-term pluripotency of mouse embryonic stem (mES) and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells by suppressing spontaneous differentiation.

小鼠白血病抑制因子(mLIF)通过抑制小鼠胚胎干细胞(mES)和诱导多能干细胞(iPS)的自发分化，促进细胞增殖并维持其长期多能性。

Applications:

VISTECH® mLIF is supplied in liquid form as 10000× in 1.0 mL of phosphate buffered saline with 1% w/v bovine serum albumin BSA as a carrier for stability. Vistech mLIF is used as a reagent for the in vitro maintenance of the pluripotential phenotype of mouse ES cells and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells. The working concentration is recommended at 0.1 μL mLIF per 1 mL culture medium. So each package of VF-LIF103U can make up 10 L culture medium of mES and iPS.

VISTECH®mLIF以液体形式提供10000x，在1.0 mL磷酸盐缓冲盐水中，以1% w/v牛血清白蛋白BSA作为稳定性载体。Vistech mLIF被用作体外维持小鼠胚胎干细胞和诱导多能干细胞(iPS)多能表型的试剂。推荐工作浓度为每1ml培养基0.1 μL mLIF。因此，每包VF-LIF103U可以组成10 L的mES和iPS培养基。

Stability for at least 18 months from the date of manufacture (in the concentrated form or diluted in sterile tissue culture media, with no loss of activity on ES cells)

Stability for at least 7 days at 37°C, 5% CO2 incubator during the culture of ES cells.

iMatrix Gel Precoat Procedure

1.      Dilute the solution with sterile PBS(-). Coat dishes with 0.5 μg/cm2, Common culture plates and recommended dosages are detailed in the table as follow.

2.      Incubate for 1 h at 37℃, 3 h at room temperature, or over night at 4℃.

3.      Remove remaining fluid from the coated surface. No rinse is needed.

4.      Immediately plate the cells at desired density.

* Don’t allow the plate to dry.

* Briefly spin down all liquid in the tube before use.

* Avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles.

hPSC Passaging Protocol with iMatrix Gel Adding Medium

1. Remove the culture medium.

2. Wash gently with DPBS. Use more than the volume of the spent culture medium.

3. Add the cell dissociation buffer. Incubate at 37°C for 5-7 min.

4. Transfer the cells to a conical tube. Add the culture medium with more than 3 times the volume of dissociation buffer.

5. Centrifuge at 200 g for 3 min.

6. Remove the supernatant fluid. Resuspend gently the cell pellet with appropriate amount of the culture medium.

7. Count the cell number.

8. Seed the cells to new culture plate.

Vistech® MSC medium is a serum-free, xeno –free medium formulation developed for the growth and expansion of human mesenchymal stem cells after being isolated from a variety of sources ( ie bone marrow, fetal liver ,adipose tissue and umbilical cord tissue; BM-hMSC. AT-hMSC, UCT-hMSC). The medium is manufactured in a rigorously controlled GMP grade manufacturing facility.

Product description:

Accutase is a ready to use cell detachment solution of proteolytic and collagenolytic enzymes. It can replace Trypsin/EDTA for the detachment and dissociation of anchorage-dependent cells from surfaces. It can also be used on suspension cells to reduce clumping in preparation for counting.

Applications:

Accutase is useful for the routine detachment of cells from standard tissue culture plastic ware and adhesion coated plastic ware. Accutase has been shown effective on: fibroblasts, keratinocytes, vascular endothelial cells, hepatocytes, vascular smooth muscle cells, hepatocyte progenitors, primary chick embryo neuronal cells, bone marrow stem cells, adherent CHO and BHK cells, macrophages, 293 cells, L929 cells, immortalized mouse testicular germ cells, 3T3, Vero, COS, HeLa, NT2, MG63, M24 and A375 metastatic melanoma, gliomas U251 and D54, HT1080 fibrosarcoma cells, and Sf9 insect cells.

Product Description

Vistech cell culture defender spray has been developed to quickly and efficiently eliminate mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi contamination on the surface of cell culture equipments, like incubators and sterile work-benches. The active ingredient integrates into the mycoplasma/bacteria/fungi’s membrane and compromises its integrity. Other ingredients can quickly enter into the pathogens to kill them.

The potential effects of mycoplasma contamination in biological products are of major concern in research, diagnostics, and biotechnological environments. Lack of mycoplasma decontamination practices result in cross contamination when dealing with cells using affected instruments, laboratory space and inappropriate handling. The problem of contamination in incubators and/or sterile work-benches is often a serious one, leading to extensive damage.

As soon as contamination appears, it is very difficult to eliminate it. Therefore, it is essential to systematically clean and disinfect the incubator and sterile work-benches every 7 days.
