产品描述

美沙拉嗪（Mesalamine），又称为5-氨基水杨酸（5-Aminosalicylic Acid, 5-ASA）是柳氮磺胺吡啶（Sulfasalazine）的一种代谢物和具潜在药理活性的一种成分，具有抗炎、抗氧化和抗肿瘤活性。临床上用于治疗炎症性肠病（IBD）、克罗恩病（Crohn’s disease）和结肠炎。至今5-ASA的作用机理仍未得到明确阐述。文献报道，5-ASA能够破坏TNFα刺激的NFκB活化，通过抑制多聚体IκB激酶调节复合物的活性发挥作用[1]。5-ASA能够抑制人胎盘和牛肺内的前列腺素15-羟基脱氢酶（PGDH）[2]。在离子载体刺激的结肠粘膜细胞内，5-ASA（1mM）不能抑制前列腺素E2（PGE2）产生，但约能降低50%白三烯B4（LTB4）的合成[3]。另外，在人淋巴细胞内，5-ASA（400 µM）约能减少20%的白三烯B4生成[4]。
