产品描述

苯唑西林钠（Oxacillin Sodium）是青霉素家族的一种窄谱β-内酰胺类抗生素，对某些耐甲氧西林或耐万古霉素的金黄色葡萄球菌表现出抗菌活性。β-内酰胺类抗生素的作用机理在于干扰青霉素结合蛋白（PBP）活性。PBP参与肽聚糖合成的最后一步，催化丙氨酸和赖氨酸残基之间形成五甘氨酸交联，赋予细胞壁额外的机械强度。而五甘氨酸交联的形成受阻，使得细胞壁完整性严重受损，最终导致细胞裂解和死亡。苯唑西林钠可用于青霉素酶抗性机制和抗菌敏感性研究。也能用于自溶素的研究。
