Principle:
(room temperature)
(1) Amino nitrogen + N-acetyl-L-cysteine + o-phthaldialdehyde →
isoindole derivative

Method:                            Spectrophotometric at 340 nm
Reaction time:                  ~ 15 min
Detection limit:                 2.59 mg N/L
