Reconstitution

Resuspend in any one of the following solvents: 1% NH4OH, 50mM Tris/150mM NaCl(pH 7.2),0.1% TFA, 5mM HCl, 2mM NaOH, at a concentration of 1mg/ml or less. DMSO may have high solubility. Sonicate for 30 seconds to 1 minute after it has gone into solution. Gently vortex to mix. To bring into your solution: After resuspension, add 5x or 10x buffer stock (PBS, TBS) and water to bring to 1x buffer.Do not store in 1% NH4OH, dilute immediately with PBS.
